JACKSON, Wyo. — START Bus announced yesterday, April 30, that the bus stop on Highway 89 at County Road 106 will be discontinued, Monday, May 10. The closure will impact Star Valley commuters.
Riders are advised that the closest stop locations would be the Star Valley Community Center in Etna, Wyoming, or the KJ’s Store in Alpine, Wyoming.
The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) advised START Bus to halt usage of the stop for a road-widening project. WDOT has not announced a plan to replace the current location with a pull-off area to allow START Buses to stop.
