Buffalo Bills Fantasy: Week Three Start/Sit Stefon Diggs Best in the Game - Buffalo Fanatics

paksijenong.blogspot.com

Wow, do I owe a lot of people some apologies. I’ll start with the Mike Evans supporters. I’m sorry I ever doubted Mike Evans and his one hamstring. Bruce Arians was right. He needed to get the ball to Evans early and often.

To the fan who asked if he should trade Barkley, I’m sorry. I feel bad for saying keep him, and now he’s hurt, and you’re out of a trade.

Welcome to Start/Sit Week 3 where we will sit back and discuss if Stefon Diggs is the best Fantasy Football wide receiver in today’s game.

Buffalo Bills

Wow, I don’t know where to start. Do I start with the fact that I was half right about Stefon Diggs scoring 24 points and his first touchdown? He actually scored 29 points in a standard PPR league. He ended with a stat line of 8 receptions for 156 yards and one touchdown.

Stefon Diggs is a monster and might lead the league in yards this year if he’s healthy. That’s not an exaggeration. The way Josh Allen is progressing, we could see Diggs start to take over the NFL.

Josh Allen then (not to be outdone by the man he’s throwing the ball to) decided to put up 400 yards and 4 touchdowns to the tune of 33 points.

We should see Allen put up stellar numbers the rest of the season, even with the upcoming portion of the season being a very difficult challenge.

Start Josh Allen every week and never stop.

There’s only one Buffalo Bills skill position player that I would sit when it comes to the Bills. Imagine someone saying that to you 5 years ago. Dawson Knox is not a start when it comes to Fantasy Football, at least not yet. He might be in a few years. Right now, there is not a TE number one on the roster.

That’s not to say that one day Dawson Knox might not evolve into that for Buffalo. It’s just to say that Knox won’t put up the fantasy numbers that a TE should come Sunday.

Buffalo’s defense is a Sit this week. It might seem weird to say but without Edmunds and Milano, the Bills Defense has a huge hole in the center of it. Until they return to the starting lineup, the Bills are going to struggle on that side of the ball.

Start Em

Fantasy Football touchdown Calvin Ridley

Calvin Ridley

The Atlanta Falcons offense is putting on a show when it comes to yards per game. The issue is the leaky defense that gave up 450 yards to Dak Prescott and Zeke.

Ridley has had two touchdowns in both games and over 100 yards. He’s an emerging star in that offense. He will eventually take over for Julio Jones once he decides to retire in a few years.

No Ridley won’t be a guy you can pick up off your waiver wire, but if you drafted him, congrats on nailing your draft.

Fantasy Football touchdown Myles Gaskin

Myles Gaskin

Okay, hear me out. Gaskin runs angry, and it says a lot when he is getting more carries then Jordan Howard. Gaskin is a find on your waiver wire. He’s playing the Jacksonville Jaguars this Sunday, and the Jaguars are 22nd in defending the run.

I can see Myles Gaskin’s scoring his first NFL touchdown along with his first 100-yard game. He’s going to get you 16 plus points on Sunday, so you should start to notice him now.

Fantasy Football touchdown Jonnu Smith

Jonnu Smith

Jonnu Smith is averaging four receptions a game and 18.5 points per game. I just checked in my personal ESPN Fantasy League and noticed he’s sitting out as a free agent.

Smith is on track to catch 95 receptions this year, which in a PPR is an absolute steal if he’s still available. Look for Smith to put up 19-20 points against a Minnesota team that got Shredded by Cox in Week Two

Sit Em

Fantasy Football touchdown Robert Woods

Robert Woods

Robert Woods is coming back to Buffalo for the first time since he was let walk back when Rex Ryan was riding bikes in Western New York.

Woods returns to a team that is nothing like the one he left. This time around, Woods has to go head to head with a very strong secondary. Tre White should handle the task of shadowing Woods all day, leaving Woods with much to be desired when it comes to Fantasy Football.

Look for Robert Woods to not produce at all on Sunday. He should get you less than 8 points.

Fantasy Football touchdown Cylde Edwards

Clyde Edwards-Helaire

Edwards-Helaire will get a lot of touches when it comes to the Kansas City Chiefs offense. The issue will be how strong the Ravens defense has been when it comes to opposing teams running backs.

Edwards-Helaire in week two only had 10 attempts on the ground, racking up a very disappointing 3.8 yards per attempt, leaving so much to be desired after he put up such a stellar performance in week one.

Look for Edwards-Helaire to get you under 10 points in week three. This maybe a bold statement, but I don’t like the odds of a rookie running back taking on the best defense in the league.

Fantasy Football touchdown tj Hockenson

T.J. Hockenson

Hockenson was seen as a breakout star at the TE position this season, but in week two, he’s was a bit of a disappointment.

It’s not his fault he’s only been targeted once in the Redzone. His usage will most likely stay the same until the Lions figure out that he can be your best Redzone player. That will be the moment Fantasy Football players will rejoice.
