There's no need for a long introduction into the Week 12 Start 'Em & Sit 'Em. It's Thanksgiving week, and you're excited to spend time with your family and friends, eat some (hopefully) delicious food and watch football. It will be great if your Fantasy Football teams win as well.
I just wanted to say thank you to everyone reading this column, as well as watching our Fantasy Football Today show on CBS Sports HQ and listening to our podcast. You guys make this job fun, and we appreciate all of your interaction and contributions to our content, especially with #AskFFT on Twitter.
The stretch run of the Fantasy season is here, and we hope to lead you to the playoffs and an eventual championship. Good luck in your matchups in Week 12, and thank you for sticking with us all season.

Start 'Em & Sit 'Em
Russell Wilson has not been a good Fantasy quarterback of late. Since coming back from a four-game absence with a broken finger, Wilson has combined for 13 Fantasy points in his past two outings against Green Bay and Arizona. He has no touchdowns over that span with two interceptions and a combined 368 passing yards.
He looks lost, and the Seattle offense is in disarray. It would be easy to give up on him as a starting Fantasy quarterback, especially if you're fighting for a playoff berth. But I'm standing by Wilson this week at Washington.
For starters, he loves playing on Monday Night Football. He's 10-2 in his career on Monday night, and hopefully he puts on a show in prime time once again. He can show the world that he's still one of the best quarterbacks in the league -- and in Fantasy.
It helps that he's facing a Washington defense that is No. 1 in Fantasy points allowed to opposing quarterbacks. Washington allows an average of 27.7 Fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks, and only three quarterbacks have failed to score at least 26 Fantasy points per game against Washington this year.
Wilson should be able to connect with D.K. Metcalf, Tyler Lockett and potentially Gerald Everett (consider him a sleeper tight end) against this secondary. And it will be great if Wilson runs a little as well, which he did in Week 10 at Green Bay with 32 yards.
It's been a rough season for Wilson with the broken finger and then the poor performances in his return. But he will turn things around this week on Monday night at Washington. I'm confident in Wilson having a big game, and you should trust him as well. In the spirit of Thanksgiving, Wilson will be cooking in Week 12.

DST
Bears (vs. DET): Whether it's Jared Goff (oblique) or Tim Boyle at quarterback for the Lions, you should be excited to use the Bears DST this week. The Lions haven't scored more than 19 points since Week 1 and have scored 10 points or less in two of their past three games. Goff has been sacked at least four times in four of his past six games, and the Bears have 10 sacks in their past two games against the Steelers and Ravens.
Eagles (at NYG)
Panthers (at MIA)
Texans (vs. NYJ)
Colts (vs. TB): The Colts DST has been great the past two games against the Jaguars and Bills. Indianapolis held Jacksonville to 17 points in Week 10 with three sacks and a fumble recovery, and the Colts DST scored a touchdown. In Week 12, the Bills scored just 15 points against Indianapolis, and the Colts had three interceptions and a sack. But this is a tougher test against the Buccaneers, who average 30.9 points per game. Tampa Bay has allowed just 13 sacks on the season and has just 13 turnovers. Hold the Colts DST for Week 13 at Houston, but this is not the week to start this unit against Tampa Bay.
