Sunday will be clear and chilly to start with areas of fog. The best chance of fog will be east of the DFW area. A Dense Fog Advisory will be in effect for portions of East and Central Texas through 9 a.m. Otherwise, expect pleasant weather today with plenty of sunshine, light winds and highs in the 60s.

Next week will show a warming trend through midweek. The next strong cold front will arrive Wednesday afternoon or evening, bringing colder weather to North Texas for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. But again, any rain with that front will likely occur east of Dallas.
